Items ordered from pre-existing Soulistic Twist Collections have a 30-day return policy for full refund including price of returned item and any paid shipping costs. Should you receive an item that was damaged prior to delivery, please email or message us on the day that you received your package. Please include an image with your refund request that includes the packaging to verify pre-existing damage. Your replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of your damaged shipment items.

The simplest way to clear, reset, and activate the various properties of the stones in this piece is to allow it to set in direct sunlight/moonlight for 24 hours or more.  Full Moon or New Moon phases are best for this as these are the main transitional moon phases with the most energetic influence within us to set and fulfill personal goals and intentions and to be more intuitively in-tuned with the subconscious aspects of our goals, desires, intentions, and the means to manifest them.

 

To polish the metal of your jewelry simply and organically, Cut and squeeze the juice of one large lemon into a bowl.  Add approximately ¼  - ½ tsp of sea salt into the lemon juice and stir.  Submerge your piece in the juice/sea salt mixture and stir with your fingers for about 5 – 10 seconds then remove, rinse in cool tap or distilled water and dry thoroughly with a towel. You can also use a rouge cloth to polish your piece until its original sheen returns. You can also use a non-abrasive polishing cloth to buff your piece to a nice shine if you are wanting to re-shine it after briefly wearing.
